Prior to Converge, Mr. Maine was the Chief Operating Officer of Pivot Technology Solutions (“Pivot”), a US$1.5 billion revenue value-added reseller listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange, and was part of the founding group that acquired and integrated five value-added resellers.
Cory Reid CIO
Mr. Reid is the Chief Information Officer at Converge. He has global responsibilities for delivering oversight and overall post acquisition integration of the acquired businesses, including communication, synergies, technology, sales operations and back office.
Don Cuthbertson COO
Mr. Cuthbertson is the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President Blockchain at Converge. Prior to Converge, Don was Chief Data Officer at Pivot and led the diligence team on acquisitions and implementation of the 100 day plan.
Mary Anne Palangio CFO
Ms. Palangio, CPA, CA, CFA serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Converge, where she is responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, internal controls management, and related corporate service functions. She was previously the Chief Financial Officer of LOGiQ Asset Management Inc.
Gordon McMillan Board Chair
Mr. McMillan has been an entrepreneur in the Canadian financial services industry since 1994. Currently, Mr. McMillan serves as a director of Flow Capital Corp. and Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc., both of which are listed on the TSXV.
Brian Phillips Director
Mr. Phillips has been in the financial services industry for thirty years, the last 19 as a partner at Phillips, Hager & North Investment Management (“PHN”), and continued after its acquisition by RBC in 2008.

Ms. Kennedy is President of Key Info and EVP Western Region of Corus360 where she oversees the cross-selling of new products and services into Converge acquisitions. She founded the Corus360 Denver office, which she grew to 25 people over a 5-year period.
Ron Hinkle CFO, US
Mr. Hinkle has 30 years of experience in the financial industry, primarily in IT and Telecom. He has specialized in Strategic Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Cash Management, as well as various forms of Venture Capital Partners and Investor Relationship Management. He is a member of the Converge Technology Solutions, Corp. acquisition team.

Mr. Johnson has more than 25 years of experience in the IT industry. As CEO of Corus360, Mr. Johnson’s focus is to bring the company’s divisions under one message and vision to help clients solve business problems, mitigate risks, and reduce capital expenses with the expansion of recovery, cloud, advanced technology, and staffing solutions.

Herman Yeh is well known within the Canadian IT industry, serves as an Intel Technology Provider Board of Advisor since 2010, and also serves on the Canadian Chinese Computer Association Board of Directors since 2013. In 2009, he was honoured by the Association of Chinese Canadian Entrepreneurs with the Most Progressive Award in recognition of his commitment Northern Micro.
