In this role, she provides strategic direction and leadership to cross-functional teams that ensures seamless transitions through the integration process. With 15+ years of experience and a proven track record in leading integration and transformation for 40+ companies throughout her career, Fiona has been responsible for designing and implementing Converge’s Integration and Transformation best practices and guiding the organization through complex changes. Fiona graduated from Waterford Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
