Gayle Morris is a seasoned technology executive with over three decades of expertise in high-tech computing, software, and networking across top global companies. Throughout her distinguished career, she has been pivotal in leading significant market transitions, specializing in both direct and indirect sales models, and all aspects of product and service go-to-market.
At Microsoft, as Corporate Vice President, Gayle’s deep understanding of cloud, SaaS, and service models played a crucial role in delivering growth in cloud while modernizing sales approaches. She was instrumental in restructuring global corporate accounts & partner sales, driving strategy, and business development in both the commercial & public sectors.
Before joining Microsoft, Gayle spent eight years at Cisco as Vice President of Americas Services. While at Cisco Gayle oversaw the transformation of the company’s services business in the Americas leading services sales and renewals teams, services partner organization, and customer success.
Gayle was a channel chief at BEA Systems, managing the global partner ecosystem and overseeing its integration into Oracle following BEA’s acquisition.
Gayle moved to Austin twenty years ago, joining Dell as Vice President of Corporate Accounts, where she played a critical role in positioning the company with enterprise customers as it transitioned into servers, storage, and services.
Earlier in her career, she held multiple executive roles at CA Technologies, including Senior Vice President and General Manager of Worldwide Channel Sales, and Senior Vice President of Worldwide Global Accounts.
Known for her commitment to fostering diverse, high-performing teams, Gayle has been a prominent speaker at corporate and industry events. She is also dedicated to mentoring early-career professionals and peers in the technology sector. Gayle studied Computer Science at the College of the North Atlantic in St. Johns, Newfoundland.
