Converge Managed Services Offerings

When it comes to our Managed Services offerings, we created flexible options to fit our customer’s needs. For this, we separate our services in Managed Services for SMB, mid-market, and Enterprise Managed Services.

Our Converge Customer Care Service provides our customers with break/fix support, ad-hoc service requests, and short duration project support without the need of a commitment. It is typically used by customers of any size.

Our Essential Managed Services offer a 24×7 monitoring and alert validation – something many smaller to mid-sized companies do not want to afford for their IT. In case of an incident, our agents are able to coordinate with the vendor or the customer directly. On top, our Managed Service engineers can start working on a resolution right away.

Our Premier Managed Services include all services of our Essential offering, plus a proactive, eyes-on-glass service that includes Service Level Agreements (SLA). When it comes to IT needs, we can tailor our Premier Services to the customer’s requirements.
