Greg Berard is Chief Executive Officer of Converge Technology Solutions and a member of the Converge Board of Directors. As CEO of Converge, Greg is responsible for operating and leading the organization across North America and Europe. In this role, Greg focuses on driving company strategy and working with the Converge leadership team to execute on organic growth and vision to continue transforming the Company as an end-to-end solution provider for all Converge clients. Greg brings essential experience in leading software and services organizations as Converge continues to deepen value and thought leadership with clients and strategic partners through the Company’s AIM strategy of advising, implementing, and managing solutions. His passion around driving cross-sell, expansion, integration, and strategic solutions has been key in Converge’s overall growth. 

Previously serving as President of Lighthouse Computer Services (acquired by Converge in 2018), Greg helped substantially grow the business by increasing its capabilities in core technical disciplines and broadening its reach into new expertise. Prior to his tenure at Converge, Greg spent over a decade as a software executive with IBM in a number of management roles across the globe. An avid ice hockey fan, Greg played and captained his team at the collegiate level, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College in Wellesley, MA and leading his team at Phillips Andover for prep school.
