Greg Berard is Converge Chief Executive Officer, responsible for operating and leading the organization across North America and Europe. In this role, Greg’s focus is on driving company strategy and working with the Converge leadership team to execute on organic growth and vision to continue to transform the Company as an end-to-end solution provider for all Converge clients. Greg’s experience in leading software and services organizations is essential as Converge continues to deepen value and thought leadership with clients and strategic partners by advising, implementing, and managing solutions. His passion around driving cross-sell, growth, integration, and strategic solutions has been key in Converge’s overall growth over the past few years. Previously serving as President of Lighthouse Computer Services (acquired by Converge in 2018), Greg helped substantially grow the business by increasing its capabilities in core technical disciplines and broadening its reach into new expertise. Prior to his tenure at Converge, Greg spent over a decade as a software executive with IBM in a number of management roles across the globe. An avid ice hockey fan, Greg played and captained his team at the collegiate level, receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Babson College in Wellesley, MA and leading his team at Phillips Andover for prep school.
