Rochelle successfully leads as the VP of Cloud Platforms for Converge Technology Solutions. She has built a much sought-after public cloud migration portfolio and established a FinOps practice. Additionally, she serves as the executive sponsor for the AWS relationship and sits on several partner advisory boards.

Rochelle has a proven track record of delivering exponential growth in the first two years of developing new lines of business. Previously, she served as VP of Sales, Global Accounts at C.B.T.S, formerly OnX Enterprise Solutions, where she created a successful revenue stream from professional and recurring services through the adoption of emerging technologies for a Fortune 100 Financial Services company.

Rochelle attended Drexel University, where, during her second-year co-op as part of the Bachelor’s program for Computer Information Systems, she was hired by Nynex Business, the old IBM product centers. Over her 30+ year career in technology, she has successfully navigated technical and sales roles, individual and leadership roles, and most recently, product and services roles. Throughout her career, she has been recognized for her ability to build sales and solutions from the ground up.

In 2022, Rochelle was named the Women in Cloud Female Leader of the Year at the Ingram Micro Cloud Summit. In 2023, in partnership with theCube, AWS selected her as one of the featured leaders in their Women of the Cloud: World Class Innovators and Digital Transformers initiative. In 2024, she was invited to represent Converge at AWS’s exclusive Marketplace Sellers Conference, she will participate in a panel discussion on channel partner adoption of AWS Marketplace.

In her free time, Rochelle enjoys spending time with her family, pets, and plants, and she serves as a board member of Urban Street Angels, a San Diego non-profit that supports homeless youth.
