• Register for the event and provide the complete shipping address and phone number to which you would like your kit shipped (If you don’t know the name of your rep, please put unknown)

• A kit will be shipped to you prior to the event. To ensure that you receive your kit prior to the tasting, please register by May 3, 2023.
