Challenge

One of the world’s largest international development financing bank’s Knowledge & Communication Sector required a way for their 5,000+ employees to find colleagues with specific skills & expertise.

Solution

• Parsed thousands of structured and unstructured documents in multiple languages
• Team designed, built, and deployed a custom bilingual search UI, integrated with internal API endpoints

Result

Extended into an additional project for another internal team (Lessons Finder) and is the base of an Enterprise-level cross-functional Search tool.
